Do unused hours roll over?
No. Monthly hours reset each month to ensure availability and responsiveness for all clients.
What happens if I need more time than my plan includes?
Additional work is billed at a discounted client rate based on your plan level.
Can you review contracts from customers, vendors, or partners?
Yes. Contract review and negotiation support are included in all plans, with the number of reviews varying by plan.
Is litigation included?
No. Lawsuits, court appearances, and litigation matters are billed separately.
Are employment law matters included?
General guidance may be included, but employment disputes, investigations, and complex employment matters are handled separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Plans can be adjusted as your business grows and your legal needs change.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly and can be canceled with written notice according to the engagement agreement.
